The Signature Hydrafacial, our way.

Cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration — delivered by hand, never rushed, and finished with a lavender-infused serum blend mixed for your skin that afternoon.

The ritual

Why we do it this way

A true Hydrafacial isn't the machine. The machine is the easy part. What matters is the read — the five minutes where your aesthetician looks at your skin in daylight, asks what it felt like this week, and builds the serum blend for this visit, not the last one.

At Lavender Glow, every Hydrafacial begins with a mirror-side consultation and ends with a hand-mixed finishing serum. In between, we work in six deliberate stages — vortex cleansing, a lactic-acid peel calibrated to your tolerance, painless vacuum extraction, antioxidant infusion, a lymphatic lift, and an LED closing. It takes at least sixty minutes because we refuse to make it shorter.

It's for anyone whose skin is a little tired, a little congested, or a little forgotten — visiting expats after a long haul, brides two weeks out, mothers on a Saturday, a teenager and her grandmother together. We've done all four, this week.

The ritual

Six hands-on steps

01

Mirror consultation

Skin read in daylight, honest discussion of the last two weeks, serum blend decision.

5 min
02

Vortex cleanse

Twin-spiral tip gently lifts surface oil, SPF residue and the day's dust — no foam, no towel.

10 min
03

Lactic peel

A 7% or 15% lactic-acid solution, chosen during consultation. Tingles briefly, never stings.

8 min
04

Painless extraction

Vacuum tip draws congestion from pores without squeezing. Nose, chin, forehead, jawline.

12 min
05

Antioxidant infusion

Your hand-mixed serum (hyaluronic, niacinamide, a drop of Bulgarian rose oil) is pressed in.

15 min
06

Lift & LED

Ten minutes of lymphatic facial massage, then red-light LED to close pores and settle tone.

After your ritual

Let the quiet continue for 48 hours.

Your skin has been gently exfoliated, deeply hydrated, and softly stimulated. It will look radiant by evening, and even more settled by the next morning. For the best result, give it a small window of rest.

  • Avoid direct sun for 24 hours — or wear SPF 50 if you must step out
  • Skip retinol, vitamin C serums, and exfoliating acids for 48 hours
  • No hot yoga, steam rooms, or saunas tonight
  • Drink water — more than you think you need
  • Apply the take-home hydration mist once in the morning, once before bed, for seven days
  • Call us if anything feels unusual — a small number of skins flush briefly; we want to know
Please tell us if

A gentle heads-up.

  • Active cystic acne or open lesions
  • Recent retinol, tretinoin or strong acids (within 72 hours)
  • Accutane in the last six months
  • Sunburn or recent laser resurfacing (within 2 weeks)
  • Pregnancy in the first trimester (we'll adapt; please tell us)
  • Rosacea flares — we can still treat you, but the peel is removed

If anything on this list sounds like you, please tell us at booking. We won't turn you away — we'll simply redesign the ritual for your skin, today.

What's included

In every booking

I've had Hydrafacials in London, Paris, Singapore. None of them spent five minutes reading my skin first. This one did, and the difference was on my face by the time I walked out.
Mariam K., after her third Signature Hydrafacial
Two Atelier sessions before my wedding. My photographer asked what my secret was. I didn't tell her.

Questions

Before your first visit

How often should I book a Hydrafacial?+

Most of our clients settle into a rhythm of every four to six weeks. Some come monthly through the Dubai summer when the AC is relentless on skin. Bridal clients follow a 4-session programme in the two months before their wedding.

Does it hurt?+

No. The extraction stage uses gentle vacuum, not squeezing, so there's no pinching. The lactic peel tingles for a few seconds and disappears. If anything ever feels wrong, we stop — the mirror beside you is so you can see what's happening at every step.

Can I wear makeup afterwards?+

Your skin will look its best bare for the first evening — genuinely, that's not a sales line. If you need to go directly to dinner or a meeting, we'll apply a light tinted SPF, and that's all you'll need.

What's the difference between the Signature and the Atelier?+

The Atelier adds a full 20-minute lymphatic massage and red-light LED therapy, which make a visible difference to facial puffiness and skin-tone evenness — especially for clients over 30 or those recovering from a long flight.

I have sensitive skin. Can I still book?+

Yes. We simply calibrate the lactic peel concentration down or skip it entirely, and spend longer on the antioxidant infusion stage instead. Sensitive skin is often our favourite skin to work on — it responds beautifully to slow.

Is it safe during pregnancy?+

Hydrafacial is generally considered safe from the second trimester, but we adapt the ritual: no lactic peel, a gentler serum blend, and we position you comfortably on your side rather than flat. Please tell us at booking so we can prepare properly.
