We built these three memberships around a single belief: the best beauty relationships are the ones where your aesthetician already knows what your skin did last month. Most of our longest-standing members started with a single Hydrafacial and simply came back. After the third visit, the ritual quietly becomes part of the month. The memberships just formalise that rhythm — at a gentler price, with a few small house kindnesses, and a lock-in we keep short on purpose.

Why we lock in at all
We hold a specific time of the month in our colourist or aesthetician's book for you — often the same slot with the same hands — and that booking has real cost if you don't show. The 3, 6 and 12 month lock-in periods are there so we can plan our team's calendar and offer the pricing we do. After the lock-in, you're free to pause or cancel with 30 days notice, no drama, no hoops. Several of our members have been with us since 2019. Several others paused after their six months and came back two years later. Both are welcome.
Membership FAQs
Can I pause my membership during travel?+
Yes. From the Champagne tier upward, you can pause your membership for up to two months per calendar year (at no cost, no fees) — just tell us at least 7 days ahead. Unused treatments from the months you pause are held in your account and can be used on return.
What if I don't use my monthly treatment one month?+
Your treatment rolls over for up to two months — so if you miss January, you can use two in February, or one in February and one in March. Beyond two months, it expires, which is why the pause option exists for longer travel.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?+
Yes, at the end of your lock-in period, or any time if you're upgrading (upgrades take effect immediately, pro-rated for the remaining month).
Do memberships include products?+
Every tier includes something: Lavender sends you a take-home serum vial each month, Champagne adds a Davines product set quarterly, Plum includes a hand-delivered monthly product box (worth roughly AED 300 on its own).
Can I gift a membership to someone else?+
Memberships can't be transferred directly, but we offer 3-month prepaid bundles specifically designed as gifts — think of them as a "try the ritual" version. WhatsApp us and we'll arrange it.
Is there a family or couples option?+
Not as a formal tier, but several of our Plum members share guest passes with their partners or daughters — two passes per quarter is enough for a couples' afternoon. We're happy to arrange more on request.
