Once you send the card
Within two hours of your order (any day, any time, including weekends), we'll be in touch on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm the delivery details and take payment. For digital cards, we'll send the PDF to your chosen email within the next hour. For printed cards, we'll hand-press the envelope that day and courier it — free, inside Dubai — within 48 hours. For The Sanctuary tier, a member of our team hand-delivers the card in the Lavender Glow pouch, anywhere in the UAE.

Gift card FAQs
Can I use a gift card as part-payment toward a more expensive treatment?+
Yes. If your AED 500 card is for The Afternoon and you'd like to book the AED 1,150 Signature Balayage, the card covers the first 500 and you simply pay the difference at checkout. No restrictions.
Does it work at both locations?+
Yes — gift cards are redeemable at both our Jumeirah Beach Residence and DIFC Gate Village 4 locations, for any treatment on our menu.
What if I lose the card?+
Every card has a unique code stored in our system. If you lose a printed card, call us with the recipient name and purchase date, and we'll reissue it.
Can the recipient book online without giving the code?+
Booking happens the way it always does — through the site, WhatsApp, or phone. The recipient simply mentions the card at the time of the appointment or quotes the code, and we apply it to the bill.
Can I buy a card for a specific treatment, not a denomination?+
Yes, but we recommend denomination cards — the recipient often ends up choosing something different from what you imagined, and we want them to have that freedom. If you prefer treatment-specific, just WhatsApp us and we'll arrange it manually.
